Seating varies by venue. Venues with assigned seating provide seats in various locations.
Our system chooses the best seat location(s) available at the time of purchase. For
general admission venues, we recommend you arrive a half hour before the time of
the performance.
Pick up your tickets at the venue's "Will Call" window one hour prior to curtain.
Be sure to bring proper identification and the confirmation of your purchase.
TICKETPLACE.org accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. The exception to this policy
is if an event is cancelled.
TICKETPLACE is a program of the Cultural Alliance of Greater Washington (CAGW),
a nonprofit arts organization that serves the region's arts organizations and
cultural institutions.
